walk the road 2 mastery

The Tour du Mont Blanc (TMB) is a transformative journey, and you're invited to take every step with purpose. Alongside peers, you'll deepen your coaching skills, exchange strategies, and uncover fresh perspectives.

We walk with respect, openness, focus, courage and commitment while enjoying the magnificent backdrop of the Mont Blanc. It will be a true Road to Mastery. You'll navigate tricky alpine passes and bond with fellow travelers.

Embrace the rhythm of each trail, summit to summit. During the TMB we will play and practice coaching and authentic leadership.

The TMB is the most famous in Europe. It crosses 3 countries: France, Italy, and Switzerland and spans over 170 kilometers. The trail circles the Mont Blanc massif and has over 10 kilometers of ascent and descent. You will walk between 5 and 8 hours daily for roughly 10 days on rough trails.

Imagine, every vista unveiling new insights. Every challenge mirrors your professional hurdles. Every summit is a testament to your growth. You're not just conquering TMB; you're creating bonds that can last beyond your professional career.

On this trail, we will meet our true selves while we strive to become even better versions of ourselves, meeting our limits and going beyond. We support each other every step of the way. So, are you ready to lace up your boots, join hands with like-minded adventurers, and experience the Road to Mastery amidst the awe-inspiring beauty of TMB?
